VIE – Ingénieur Projets Industriels

About the role

The VIE Industrial Projects Engineer will support the reliability of industrial operations at UNION PLASTIC Maghreb in Monastir, Tunisia. Working closely with the site management and production teams, you will manage flows, stocks and supplies while driving continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and organise internal production flows.
• Monitor and coordinate supplies and operational needs of the site.
• Implement and follow up on production organisation projects.
• Track and improve supply‑chain and production performance indicators.
• Provide on‑site operational support to production teams.
• Enhance information and product flow throughout the plant.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in supply‑chain or a general engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, pragmatic and rigorous.
• Hands‑on industrial mindset with good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Leadership to coordinate improvements with various stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous and dynamic.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to start after a one‑month training period in France.
