Value Optimization Specialist – Infotainment Systems

About the role

MICLA Engineering & Design is seeking a Value Optimization Specialist to lead cost‑reduction and quality‑improvement initiatives for infotainment systems. The role combines technical analysis, cross‑functional coordination, and supplier engagement to deliver measurable value to vehicle programs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and proposals for vehicle Value Optimization (VO) projects.
• Manage VO proposals in collaboration with engineering, product development, quality and other customer departments.
• Lead meetings with suppliers to assess feasibility, evaluate technical solutions and track proposal progress.
• Conduct business case analysis and internal reporting for VO activities.
• Perform benchmarking, competitor analysis and maintain the VO portfolio.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite workshops, co‑animate weekly calls and drive follow‑up actions.
• Animate VO KPIs on a monthly and yearly basis for contract reviews.
• Consolidate domain objectives and budgets, present medium‑term plans and transmit information to project teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Italian or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of STELLANTIS VO management tools (EvOS, Co.De.P, BeStandard) – optional.
• Familiarity with A2MAC1 – optional.
• Solid understanding of infotainment systems and related engineering concepts.
