About the role

Join a fast‑growing international supply‑chain team responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, semi‑finished parts, containers and finished goods across DRÄXLMAIER plants and customer locations. You will act as the central link between suppliers, production sites and customers, driving performance and solving logistical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Supply DRÄXLMAIER plants and customer sites with raw materials, semi‑finished products, parts, containers and transport resources.
• Align delivery dates with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks.
• Control and optimise material and process flows across multiple supply chains, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Analyse KPIs, monitor delivery volumes and schedule adherence, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and trigger special transport or other remedial measures.
• Perform operational tasks in SAP‑BISS (account reconciliation, inventory support, KPI tracking).
• Develop Power BI dashboards and related process applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics and/or packaging.
• Solid logistics knowledge and fluency in English.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools is a plus.
