About the role

NTU International is looking for a French‑Arabic translator to join the team of a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role focuses on translating and adapting strategic communication materials for a multicultural audience.

Key responsibilities

• Translate, proofread and adapt communication documents from French to Arabic and vice‑versa.
• Ensure consistency of institutional terminology and maintain a glossary of key terms.
• Localise content for Moroccan audiences, including the use of Darija where appropriate.
• Collaborate with project managers and communication specialists to meet deadlines.
• Support the production of press releases, reports, web content and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+3) in translation, applied languages, linguistics, French or Arabic studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; knowledge of Moroccan Darija is a plus.
• At least 3 years of professional translation experience (or 6 years if the degree requirement is not met).
• Experience in translating institutional or public‑diplomacy communication materials.
