Total Rewards & Operations Specialist

About the role

Support the development, implementation, and administration of Henkel's total rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management while ensuring efficient HR operations and data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to keep pay structures competitive and equitable.
• Coordinate employee benefit programs, respond to queries, and assist with performance management cycles.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, collaborate with HR and Finance on salary inputs, variable pay, and leaves, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain data accuracy for employee records, contracts, and payroll data, and support audits and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within a multinational company, with strong knowledge of HR operations, local payroll regulations, and compensation & benefits.
• Team player with collaborative mindset, fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• PowerPoint for creating presentations.
