Tooling Technician

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Tooling Technician to support its AS9100‑certified manufacturing facility in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role focuses on maintaining tooling and dies to ensure high‑quality production of complex aircraft engine components while adhering to strict safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling and injection dies.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures to minimise production downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of all interventions.
• Provide technical support to production when tooling‑related issues arise.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Travel between company locations using a company vehicle as required.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in tooling or injection die maintenance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, with reasonable accommodation if needed.
