About the role
The Temenos Business Analyst – Payments will define, document and validate business and functional requirements for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Define, document and validate business and functional requirements for payment solutions.
- Translate payment processes, regulatory obligations and operational requirements into solution design and successful project delivery.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects.
- Proven experience with TPH stand‑alone implementation.
- Strong understanding of domestic, international, cross‑border, RTGS, ACH/Bulk, standing orders, direct debits and payment investigations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Required skills
- Temenos Transact core banking platform.
- TPH stand‑alone implementation.
- SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, SEPA messaging standards.
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, Process Flows, User Stories, Test Scenarios.
