Techno Commercial Manager – RAN (East & North Africa)

As the Techno Commercial Manager for RAN in the East and North Africa Customer Unit, you will blend technical expertise with business acumen to shape offer strategy, guide commercial decisions and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RAN techno‑commercial strategy and tactics for prioritized engagements, including benchmarking and new product introductions.
• Translate RAN technology advances into ROI/TCO narratives with appropriate commercial structures and risk‑mitigation options.
• Drive proactive value creation by contributing to Strategy‑to‑Win and country strategies ahead of RFQs.
• Facilitate data‑driven pricing through benchmarks, discount guardrails and margin‑smart incentive frameworks together with Pricing and Contract Management.
• Shape negotiation strategy with Customer Unit Commercial Management and Technical Presales, representing techno‑commercial logic to CTO/CPO/CFO teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial or techno‑commercial roles within the RAN domain, including structuring and negotiating complex telecom deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, credible with domain and C‑level executives.
• Experience in EMEA and African telecom markets is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of RAN technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Massive MIMO, software licensing, Cloud RAN and Open RAN.
• Familiarity with Core, Cloud, Transport and OSS/BSS platforms.
