About the role

The Quality Technician will support the production team in ensuring that textile and apparel products meet the required standards. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to learn on the job while contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the inspection and monitoring of product quality throughout the production cycle.
• Identify and document non‑conformities, reporting them to the relevant supervisors.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and test results.

Required profile

• Higher Technician diploma in Textile, Clothing or Industrial fields.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Strong observation and analytical abilities.
• Rigorous, organized, and able to work well in a team.
• Motivated with a willingness to learn.
