Technicien Support IT multilingue (italien/allemand/anglais)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual IT Support Technician who will diagnose hardware and software issues remotely, configure workstations according to user needs, and ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware or software malfunctions remotely.
• Configure workstations to match user requirements and perform functional tests.
• Guide users through incident resolution or take remote control of their systems.
• Escalate unresolved incidents while respecting response time commitments.
• Document each intervention precisely and update the incident management tool.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian or German and English.
• Passionate about IT, with a degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years of user‑support or contact‑center experience.
• Open to hybrid work schedules and flexible hours.
• Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are also welcome.
