About the role
We are looking for a highly driven, positive‑minded Technical Support Specialist who will guide and assist our customers across the full Medius AP Automation product suite. The role requires strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering seamless support experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle support tickets and provide timely resolutions for customers.
- Assist users with issues related to invoice receipt, processing, and payment.
- Ensure a unified user experience throughout the entire workflow.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
