Technical Support Intern – French Speaking

About the role

Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a College Intern Technical Support Engineer, working on a hybrid schedule with two days per week on‑site in Ariana. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting enterprise technology environments while collaborating with experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot customer technical issues across servers, storage, operating systems, networking, virtualization, databases, backup and recovery.
• Document cases, progress actions, and communicate status professionally.
• Collaborate with Front‑End, Back‑End, Expert Center teams, product engineering and partners to accelerate resolution.
• Use diagnostic methods, support tools, automation and approved AI capabilities to improve investigation quality.
• Collect and analyze logs, reproduce issues, validate solutions and contribute to technical action plans.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
• Passion for learning quickly and staying up‑to‑date with technology.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and provide scheduled coverage when required.

Required skills

• Core infrastructure knowledge: servers, storage, operating systems, networking, virtualization, databases, backup and recovery.
• Hybrid cloud and platform concepts: private/public cloud, containers, infrastructure automation, platform operations, security fundamentals.
• Emerging technologies: AI, data concepts, observability, automation.
