Technical Sales Consultant (Freelance)

About the role

Rothoblaas is looking for a freelance Technical Sales Consultant to introduce its innovative timber‑construction, passive‑house and safety‑system solutions to the Tunisian market. You will work with flexible arrangements, receive a fixed monthly salary plus quarterly sales bonuses, and enjoy full onboarding and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Network extensively by attending industry events, visiting companies and representing the brand in a developing market.
• Organise and lead site visits, product presentations and training sessions for architects, carpenters, retailers and safety specialists.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, from design professionals to end‑users.
• Provide expert technical advice on timber construction, passive‑house building techniques and fall‑protection systems.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence, own car and willingness to travel frequently.
• Adaptable, dynamic and eager to build a business from scratch in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Technical background in timber construction, engineering or related fields.
• Motivated junior sales talent, proactive, curious and comfortable speaking English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of timber construction technologies.
• Understanding of passive‑house building principles.
• Familiarity with safety and fall‑protection systems.
