Technical Project Manager (Tunis, Tunisia)

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of integration projects, ensuring seamless coordination between business, technical and operational teams. Based in Tunis, the role reports to the Technical Director and supports Digital Virgo’s mobile payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through delivery, defining functional specifications and aligning business needs with technical implementation.
• Serve as the primary liaison among business, technical and operational stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and risk reports.
• Track deliverables, support testing phases (UAT, end‑to‑end validation) and ensure launch readiness.
• Monitor issues using logs, test data and performance indicators, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement enhancements to tools, workflows and documentation, promoting best‑practice project management.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in technical project management, integration delivery or a similar cross‑functional technical role.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• API‑based integrations.
• Reading and interpreting technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows).
• Working with staging and production environments, configuration checks and deployment processes.
• Agile methodology experience (optional).
