Technical-Functional Consultant

About the role

Join Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, as a Technical-Functional Consultant. You will help optimize business processes, analyze existing systems, and drive change management initiatives for clients in the financial crime compliance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead functional workshops to gather, structure, and document client requirements.
• Produce clear, detailed functional specifications.
• Support and monitor project execution in coordination with delivery teams.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage follow‑up actions.
• Support change‑management initiatives and deliver training for users and administrators.
• Prepare training materials and functional documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of functional analysis and process‑modeling methodologies.
• Solid analytical, communication, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and complex requirements.

Required skills

• Java/JEE (basic)
• SQL / PL‑SQL (intermediate)
• JavaScript (basic)
• Tomcat (basic)
• Familiarity with Alfresco, JasperReports, Activiti, LDAP (plus)
