TeamCenter L3 Technical Support Leader

About the role

FORVIA Informatique Tunisie is seeking a TeamCenter L3 Technical Support Leader to join its Global System Services & System Operations department. The role focuses on PLM application support, data quality, integration, and continuous improvement of TeamCenter services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for TeamCenter, troubleshoot issues, ensure SLA compliance and produce performance dashboards.
• Maintain and expand team knowledge of TeamCenter, its satellites, and related infrastructure, including future releases.
• Support data quality monitoring, propose corrective methods, and manage mass data updates.
• Integrate and monitor TeamCenter data flows with ERP, CAD tools and other enterprise applications, correcting interfaces and developing scripts as needed.
• Collaborate with Siemens support, business analysts, and other IT departments to align PLM strategy with company goals.
• Participate in PLM roadmap projects, attend training, and stay current with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TeamCenter administration and technical support.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to explain technical constraints to end users.
• Curiosity about automotive business processes and willingness to learn FORVIA’s operations.

• CAD integration knowledge.

• SQL databases, Postman, Kubernetes, Grafana, Dynatrace, log analysis.
