Team Leader – Quality Project

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to head the Quality Project unit in Tunisia. You will be responsible for driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading a team of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Project org unit, setting objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation such as Control Plans, Validation Plans, FMEA, and PSW.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet customer specifications, LEONI standards, and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Plan team activities, define objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Total Quality Management, and quality tools.
• Ability to lead a team, manage change, and drive performance improvement.
