Team Leader Procurement Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Procurement Management unit at its production facility in Mateur. The role focuses on ensuring efficient raw material supply, supplier integration, and optimal stock levels while leading a team of direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Procurement Management organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, defining objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Plan team activities to cover all stages of procurement and respond to requests.
• Oversee supplier integration, including localization, consignment, logistics agreements, and delivery performance evaluation.
• Maintain optimal raw material stock levels, reducing excess and obsolescence.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Value Chain Management.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, and self‑organized.
• Ability to manage conflicts, work in teams, and drive personal growth.
