Team Leader Operations Quality

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for Operations Quality to manage and supervise its quality organization unit. The role ensures compliance, drives continuous improvement, and leads a team of direct reports in a fast‑moving automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Operations Quality unit against defined objectives and KPIs, ensuring standard and governance adherence.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and implement measures to enhance service delivery and team performance.
• Define team members' objectives, monitor results, and support professional development and training.
• Authority to stop production or shipment when non‑compliant processes/products are detected and to request Q‑Task‑Force support for major quality issues.
• Act as Product Safety Officer, guaranteeing product security and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change‑management, and result‑orientation.
• Motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork skills.
