Team Leader Operations Quality

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for Operations Quality to drive excellence across its automotive wiring systems business. You will lead a dedicated quality unit, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and safe product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Operations Quality team according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all production stages and respond to requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members and monitor results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and promote coaching and change management.
• Take functional accountability for Operations Quality at the segment level.
• Exercise authority to stop production or shipment when non‑compliant processes or products are detected.
• Request Q‑Task‑Force support for major quality issues and act as Product Safety Officer.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capabilities.
• Target‑oriented, motivated, and resilient.
• Self‑organized with conflict‑management and teamwork skills.
