Team Leader Industrial Engineering

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for Industrial Engineering to manage and supervise the Industrial Engineering unit at its plant in Mateur. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, ensuring governance compliance, and developing the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Industrial Engineering unit, defining objectives, KPIs and team activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting and ensure standard and governance adherence.
• Coordinate time analysis and line balancing to eliminate bottlenecks and optimise production processes.
• Define team members' tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development.
• Implement measures for team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning and change management.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management and teamwork skills.
