Team Leader Facility Management

About the role

Lead the Facility Management unit at LEONI's Zaghouan site, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with standards. You will supervise a team, drive improvements and support the company's automotive wiring systems operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Facility Management org unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting and ensure governance and process adherence.
• Plan team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to service requests.
• Define objectives, tasks and responsibilities for team members, monitor performance and evaluate results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development and implement measures to boost team performance and flexibility.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance or Industrial Services.
• Basic English proficiency (A2 level).
