Team Leader, Customer Demand Planning

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Customer Demand Planning unit in Tunisia. You will lead a team, ensure accurate demand forecasts, and support the automotive supply chain to meet on‑time, in‑full delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Customer Demand Planning team, set objectives, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Validate Master Production Schedules, manage RFQs, monitor demand signals, and handle supply‑chain disruptions.
• Ensure OTIF deliveries while optimizing cost and maintaining governance and process standards.
• Identify training needs, coach team members, and support succession planning and change management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 5 years of automotive industry experience, including 2 years in a customer demand planning managerial role.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication and intercultural skills.
