Team Leader Board Design & Preparation

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Board Design & Preparation unit at its Zaghouan facility. You will drive the implementation of the LEONI Operating System, ensure timely delivery of board design activities, and lead a team of engineers to meet defined standards and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Board Design & Preparation organization, set objectives, and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Plan team activities, define tasks, and evaluate results while supporting professional development of direct reports.
• Lead functional accountability for board design at plant and product level, ensuring timely execution and quality.
• Drive improvement initiatives and implement change management measures.

Required profile

• University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management skills.
