Job description
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Procurement Management unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and ensure service delivery improvement.
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
- Lead direct reports, define objectives, tasks, and monitor results.
- Plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests.
- Oversee supplier integration, logistics agreements, and delivery performance evaluation.
- Ensure optimal raw material stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure accurate and efficient raw material supply process at the production facility level.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Value Chain Management.
- Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
- Proven ability in change management, target/result orientation, motivation, and resilience.
- Self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork skills.
