Talent Casting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Casting Coordinator to lead creator scouting, outreach, negotiations and production tracking across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will work remotely within a small, collaborative team and report to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily research to identify and benchmark emerging creators on major social platforms.
• Manage email outreach and video meetings to onboard talent and present campaign opportunities.
• Negotiate fees, contract terms and deliverables directly with creators or their managers.
• Monitor production timelines to ensure on‑time delivery of video content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casting, creator outreach or social‑media content production.
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and proactive communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creator ecosystems.
• Familiarity with outreach and production management tools.
