About the role
Ozeol is a global B2B supplier focused on stock clearance and surplus inventory. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment to help the company grow.
Key responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview candidates and extend offers.
- Strategic planning with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Talent sourcing using job boards, social media, networking events and other channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Support employer branding with compelling job postings and event participation.
Required profile
- Strong command of French/English is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and collaborative.
