Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Versigent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and talent development activities in line with the company’s HR strategy and group policies. You will play a key part in attracting, integrating and developing high‑performing employees.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain job descriptions and organisational charts.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, CV screening, phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Coordinate technical and final validation interviews with HR and management.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
• Implement onboarding processes and coordinate training for new hires.
• Prepare and communicate HR development initiatives such as welcome announcements and job opening communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using multiple recruitment channels and sourcing tools.
• Experience conducting CV screening, phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Ability to coordinate technical interviews and work with external agencies.
