Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

APTIV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and talent development activities in alignment with the company's HR strategy and group policies. You will play a key role in attracting, integrating, and developing high‑performing employees for our operations in Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct CV screening, phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Coordinate technical and final validation interviews with HR and management.
• Handle internal recruitment for global and local job openings.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to meet hiring timelines.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding procedures and coordinate new‑employee training.
• Prepare and communicate HR development initiatives, welcome announcements, and job opening communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient written and spoken English and French.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
