Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Fluency (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Avomind is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in French to join our remote team supporting recruitment across multiple markets. You will be at the heart of our hiring process, shaping how we connect high‑achieving candidates with hyper‑growth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X‑Ray and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit and manage interview logistics with Project and Client Managers.
• Advise internal teams on candidate market trends and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work in goal‑oriented, agile settings with changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a growth attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with internal ATS platforms.
