Support & Integration Engineer

About the role

Vneuron is seeking a Support & Integration Engineer to provide N2/N3 application support, manage deployments, and ensure secure operations across Linux environments. You will work closely with R&D and senior engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve our RegTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide N2/N3 application support, detect, diagnose, prioritize, and resolve incidents while meeting SLAs.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications on Linux (Dev, Test, Prod) and administer middleware such as Apache Tomcat, Nginx, and PostgreSQL.
• Automate deployment and configuration processes using Ansible and scripting, and implement security best practices.
• Handle change requests, support new feature delivery, and document resolutions in the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with excellent listening, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to work under pressure while respecting SLAs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, process‑driven and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with Apache Tomcat, Nginx, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, ETL tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ITSM, Spring integration.
• Linux environment administration.
• Automation using Ansible and scripting languages.
