Supply Planning Manager – Lead S&OP & Inventory Optimization

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the design and execution of supply strategies across its product portfolio. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, care, and teamwork, driving the balance between demand forecasts, production capacity and inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that align sales forecasts, production capabilities and inventory optimization targets.
• Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, coordinating cross‑functional teams to make data‑driven decisions.
• Manage inventory across raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished goods to maximize service levels while minimizing obsolescence.
• Monitor critical supply‑chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, on‑time delivery and inventory turns, and implement improvement actions.
• Partner with procurement to ensure timely material availability and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to fine‑tune production schedules, resolve capacity constraints and ensure smooth material flow.
• Identify and drive process‑enhancement opportunities to increase efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with procurement, manufacturing and other cross‑functional teams.
