Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage procurement, warehousing, transportation, fleet management and overall logistics support for the programme in Tunisia and the wider ALT mission area. The role ensures compliance with DRC policies and donor rules while contributing to country strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and procurement across the programme cycle, ensuring adherence to DRC and donor policies.
• Manage procurement processes, from annual planning to contract oversight, and track orders, purchases and deliveries.
• Oversee fleet, transport, warehouse, asset registration, maintenance and disposal in line with guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to supply‑chain teams in Tunisia, Libya and Algeria, including Dynamics SC module usage.
• Monitor KPIs, produce monthly reports and develop templates for procurement, warehouse and fleet reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within an international NGO, UN agency or donor environment.
• Field experience in humanitarian contexts and familiarity with major donor procurement regulations.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; professional proficiency in English.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent certification/experience.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (SC module) for data entry, reporting and training.
