Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our exporting industrial site in the Sahel region of Tunisia. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of incoming materials and managing the performance of our international supplier base within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and follow‑up supplier quality audits.
• Maintain and update supplier control plans and inspection standards.
• Investigate material non‑conformities, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions using the 8D methodology.
• Support supplier development and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Track and report supplier quality KPIs such as PPM, audit scores and corrective‑action closure.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and R&D on supplier‑related quality issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in industrial, quality, materials or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality or quality engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.
