Supervisor – Field Maintenance & Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee on‑site maintenance of equipment and coordinate field interventions by technicians. The role involves close interaction with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor technicians’ interventions on‑site, ensuring proper planning and preparation.
• Coordinate with customers, teams, subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and execute interventions according to contract terms.
• Provide technical advice to customers and act as a point of contact for technical issues.
• Organise team meetings covering management topics, technical updates and training.
• Conduct technical, safety and tooling audits.
• Manage inventory optimisation and stock control for the service department.
• Collect, analyse and communicate engine‑related data (oil analysis, power generation, daily reports) to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with subcontractors and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Experience supervising field technicians in an industrial or energy‑related environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse technical data and propose solutions based on urgency.
