Supervisor – Field Maintenance and Technical Coordination

About the role

The Supervisor will lead on‑site maintenance activities, ensuring that technicians perform interventions safely and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor technicians’ field interventions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Plan and coordinate interventions with customers, internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical advice to clients and act as a point of contact for technical issues.
• Organise team meetings, training sessions and technical briefings.
• Conduct audits covering technical, safety and tooling aspects.
• Manage inventory optimisation and stock control for the service department.
• Collect, analyse and report engine‑related data (oil analysis, power generation, daily reports) to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with subcontractors and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Experience supervising field technicians in an industrial or energy‑related environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of engines, generators and power conversion equipment.
• Ability to interpret engine performance data and oil analysis results.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management processes.
