About the role

DC INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the chemical manufacturing unit in Kairouan Nord, Tunisia. Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and efficient operation of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the industrial unit.
• Monitor production targets and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Control manufacturing parameters and oversee chemical process monitoring.
• Enforce quality, safety and environmental procedures.
• Lead, coach and motivate production teams.
• Analyze production disruptions and propose corrective actions.
• Track performance indicators and prepare production reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes and overall performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in production supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
