Strategy Consultant (Ex-MBB) – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant from a top‑tier firm to help design and evaluate AI training environments. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Create structured consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mimic real‑world analyst work.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks align with model capabilities and data pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating financial models, market analyses and synthesis of messy data.
• Ability to write clear, client‑oriented deliverables.
