About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Training to drive the delivery of training services across the organization. The role focuses on induction, needs‑based training, curriculum development and continuous improvement of training processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver induction trainings, including logistics, data collection and evaluation.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design suitable training programmes.
• Develop curriculum, create training materials and conduct sessions in defined areas.
• Provide expert advice on training matters to HR and business stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate training data and ensure compliance with global policies.
• Prepare regular reports, ad‑hoc analyses and presentations.
• Support and lead global and local training initiatives and process improvements.
