Specialist Technician – Maintenance Production Facility

About the role
LEONI is looking for a Specialist Technician to ensure the functionality and technical availability of production equipment at its Mateur facility. You will support Total Productive Maintenance and work closely with production to minimise downtime.
Key responsibilities
- Execute preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Monitor maintenance plans, evaluate repair reports and recommend actions to reduce unplanned maintenance.
- Maintain utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, compressed air, etc.) and safety systems such as fire‑prevention and security cameras.
- Support spare‑part list creation, stock optimisation and equipment re‑qualification.
Required profile
- University degree or BTS/BTP in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
