Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance

About the role

The Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance role ensures that supplier‑related quality issues are identified, managed and resolved to meet automotive standards. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product and process compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and manage quality complaints to suppliers, conduct internal fault analysis and close complaints after 8D and CONC acceptance.
• Request, monitor, archive and approve Product Change Notifications (PCN), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Part Submission Warrant (PSW).
• Monitor special characteristics of processes/products, review control plans and manage on‑hold supplier issues.
• Prepare for IATF audits, address findings and, if necessary, authorize production or dispatch stops to mitigate non‑conforming risks.

Required profile

• University degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or related automotive quality functions.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with 8D problem‑solving methodology.
• Knowledge of PCN, PPAP and PSW processes.
