About the role
The Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance ensures that all incoming and outgoing components meet the required quality standards, supporting production continuity and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute receipt and shipment inspections according to procedures and customer requirements.
- Collect, archive, and analyze incoming inspection results.
- Perform sorting activities before dispatch to production to protect processes and manage quality costs.
- Verify that components are approved (PSW/PPAP) before warehousing.
- Conduct store audits to ensure proper storage conditions.
- Measure components for raised issues and test expired components.
- Authorize production or dispatch stops to mitigate non‑conforming risks.
Required profile
- University degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage change, stay motivated, and resolve conflicts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PPAP and PSW processes.
- Experience with incoming inspection and store audit procedures.
