About the role
The Specialist Sampling Audit ensures product quality during pre‑production phases by conducting audits, verifying conformity, and managing corrective actions for automotive wiring systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform product audits for components, semi‑finished and finished goods during A, B, C, D and pre‑production phases.
- Follow up corrective actions through QRQC activities and verify dimensional and functional conformity of initial samples.
- Approve PPAP ISIR reports, register releases on customer portals, and ensure compliance with management systems and regulations.
- Maintain statistical data (SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK) and quality control documentation throughout sampling phases.
- Authorize production stops when non‑conforming processes or products are identified.
Required profile
- University degree.
- At least 1 year experience as a production inspector.
Required skills
- PPAP and ISIR approval.
- QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes.
- Statistical process control tools: SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK.
- Dimensional and functional verification of samples.
