Specialist Quality Documents & Data Administration

About the role

The Specialist Quality Documents & Data Administration will lead and manage projects that organise, store and standardise quality and business documents and related data. You will support the implementation of quality management processes across projects and help shape the QM IT landscape for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects on the storage of quality and business documents and data.
• Manage projects to identify relevant quality documents and data.
• Introduce common rules and processes for quality document and data administration.
• Define a standard Quality Management (QM) IT landscape based on defined processes.
• Support and advise on the implementation of QM processes in projects.
• Conceptualise and implement quality‑related software solutions.
• Administer QM systems, such as Computer Aided Quality (CAQ).
• Monitor and evaluate quality‑management related KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management or related fields.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage change, work towards results and stay motivated.
• Self‑organisation, conflict management and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Computer Aided Quality (CAQ) systems.
