About the role
Implement the LEONI Operating System in a production facility, establishing parameters for equipment during product changes and new introductions while supporting the Production Maintenance team.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and document local work instructions for machine operation.
- Coach and train the Production Maintenance team on equipment maintenance.
- Support the team in solving critical equipment problems, managing unplanned downtime and lessons learned.
- Coordinate ordering and commissioning of production equipment with other departments.
- Drive improvement initiatives on setup time, scrap, and rework.
- Define spare parts stock levels and manage equipment receipt, installation, release, and tracking.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical or scientific field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, change management and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
