Specialist Production Concept

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Production Concept to define, generate and adjust Request for Quote (RfQ) and Detailed Production Concepts for projects ranging from GW10 to GW70. The role works closely with production calculation, capacity planning and product line management to ensure optimal capex planning and alignment with the business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Define, generate and adjust RfQ and Detailed Production Concept until project end.
• Coordinate with Production Calculation team to align inputs such as Capex, efficiency and ramp‑up costs.
• Consult capacity planning experts for optimal equipment and capex planning.
• Plan and release RfQ and Detailed Production Concept, managing deviations and updates.
• Support equipment installation planning and ensure no unplanned deviations to LOS.
• Attend launch team meetings and deliver on assigned work package items.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• At least 2 years of experience in capacity management, harness manufacturing or production concept development.
• Fluent in French and English.
