Specialist Performance Controller

About the role

The Specialist Performance Controller will maintain and plan cost center structures for internal projects, calculate performance rates, and support financial planning across the organization. This role ensures accurate cost tracking, cash controlling, and KPI reporting to drive project efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and plan cost center and cost object structures for internal projects.
• Calculate performance rates on cost‑center level for pre‑concept and series development projects.
• Perform cost‑center planning and deliver input for customer project calculations.
• Check and control planning adherence of functional departments and back‑office functions.
• Monitor actuals versus plans, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct cash controlling, including evaluation of investment decisions.
• Provide regular KPI reporting and ad‑hoc controlling requests.
• Support Accounting by assigning correct cost objects to cost centers or business plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, propose improvements, and work independently under pressure.
• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
