Specialist Performance Controller

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Performance Controller to manage cost centre structures and drive financial performance for internal automotive projects. You will work closely with functional departments to ensure accurate planning, monitoring, and reporting of costs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and plan cost‑center and cost‑object structures for internal projects.
• Calculate performance rates on a cost‑center level to support pre‑concept and series development.
• Perform cost‑center planning and provide input for customer project calculations.
• Check and control planning adherence of functional and back‑office departments.
• Monitor actuals versus plan, highlight deviations and work with units to resolve them.
• Conduct cash controlling and evaluate investment decisions.
• Produce regular KPI reports and respond to ad‑hoc controlling requests.
• Support Accounting by assigning correct cost objects to cost centres or business plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
