About the role
LEONI is seeking a Specialist in Operational Excellence Methods & Tools to drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will lead the deployment of OPEX systems, ensure compliance with standards, and foster a culture of daily improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Define the annual Continuous Improvement (CI) plan and track achievement of targets.
- Lead internal OPEX audits and ensure alignment with plant and country goals.
- Deploy and sustain OPEX manuals, whitebooks, and standards.
- Develop and deliver training/coaching on OPEX methods and tools.
- Manage individual CI processes and act as PMO for improvement projects.
- Identify, implement, and share local best practices.
Required profile
- Engineer degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, change management and teamwork skills.
