Specialist Material Flow Planning

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist Material Flow Planning to define and implement material flow processes across raw material, semi‑finished and finished goods warehouses. The role supports lean material flow, Kanban optimization and warehouse layout design.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement standard material flow processes and KPIs for all warehouse stages.
• Calculate optimized Kanban quantities considering demand, supplier box sizes, replenishment times and ABC/XYZ parameters.
• Determine appropriate Kanban box types based on quantity, weight, volume and storage requirements.
• Design and optimise warehouse layout, storage locations and conditions for ergonomics and supplier specifications.
• Estimate resources needed for lean material flow, including workload, personnel, equipment, CAPEX, headcount and space.
• Maintain MIN‑MAX level calculations for cut wires and pre‑assembly products in CAO eKanban.
• Support bundle size definition and technical changes by planning run‑in/run‑out of circuits and sub‑assemblies.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (appreciated).
• Fluent in French and English.
